Till Bechtolsheimer
Non-Executive Director
Till is a Co-Founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager at Arosa Capital Management. From 2007 until founding Arosa, he was a Portfolio Manager/Director at UBS O’Connor LLC covering the energy sector. Prior to joining UBS O’Connor, he was an Associate Director in the Private Equity and Hedge Fund teams at UBS Wealth Management in Zurich from 2005 to 2007.
Ling Sin Fai Lam

Ling is Co-Founder of WesterHayes Impact Advisory. A Chemical Engineer by background, she has 20 years of investment experience mostly on the buy-side at institutional investment houses and family offices. She spent a couple of years at a climate NGO before moving over to the sell-side and was most recently Director of Sustainability and ESG at Shore Capital.

Co-Founder/Chief Innovation Officer
With a background in motorsport and low-volume sports car production, Matt founded TDF in 2009, which specialised in development projects for motorsports and automotive customers, including Formula One Management and BAC. His wide range of engineering skills includes leading expertise in the development of vehicle control systems and mechatronics integration.
Simon Willis
Technical Director
Simon has 20 years’ experience in automotive and motorsport roles, including powertrain engineering, marketing, and after-sales. He combines deep engineering knowledge with a strong track-record of bringing in projects on time and on budget.
Joe Ritblat
Finance Director
Joe brings an outstanding record in and experience from management consulting (Steer Group) and VC investment (PICO Partners) to the business’s finance and corporate functions.
Jay Nagley
VP Strategic Relationships
A 25 year car industry veteran, Jay has advised leading car manufacturers on market and product development. He has worked with the Department for Trade as an automotive R&D specialist and has had regular columns in various motoring publications, and regularly appeared on BBC as an industry commentator.

One of the UK’s foremost authorities on composite materials, Faye is known throughout the industry. Faye is a Director on the Board of Composites UK, having been both Chairman and Vice-Chairman. She has been responsible for much of the work on UK composites strategy over the last 10 years, and has helped numerous composites businesses develop both their business relationships and their technology.
Ajay Saldanha
Strategic Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in the power, energy & utilities sectors, Ajay is an experienced banking and investment professional. Ajay was Partner and Head of Energy M&A at KPMG until 2017 and prior to that at Lehman Brothers and Nomura since 2001. During his investment banking and advisory career, Ajay led acquisitions and financings of over $60bn related to assets in the UK, Europe, Asia & sub-Saharan Africa.
