Important Notification of Ceasing Operations

We regret to inform you that as of Thursday 23rd October 2025, Viritech Ltd ceased all trading with immediate effect.

The board is now taking steps to place the company into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (CVL), i.e. insolvent liquidation, and a licensed insolvency practitioner will be appointed to assist with the process and communicate with creditors in due course.
